Q: Hi im fasting right now, my first day and i happend to see your before and after picture of water fasting. I was just wondering... How do you manage to beat your cravings? Or did you like eat a bit or was it just water? Please tell me i have to know!! Thank u

i literally ran on motivation and just slept majority of the day since i was on summer break! and i had water tea diet soda gum and coffee! liquids!

Q: you can lose 20lbs in a week both these ways. by water only fasting 4 days out of the week, then eating regular healthy the last 3 days of the week. But you have to workout 2 hours on all the days. Or you could water fast 6 days and still workout 2hrs everyday. But I recommend the first one ^

i should try this…. because with school it’s pretty hard!
